The design, mechanism, 3D models, code as well as the complete tutorial have been the subject of a deposit and full protection with a bailiff valid in more than 140 countries for a period of 50 years. Any partial or complete copy of the tutorial, any resale of the game or its parts will result in legal action. You can reproduce and modify the game for personal use only.

Any publication of videos and photos concerning the manufacturing process of the game will be considered as a public disclosure of the manufacturing process and we reserve the right to sue you in such cases.

Hyperlaps© offers this website, including all information available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site.

Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the content of this website and not to sell, resell the game or gamepads you will learn to create, without express written permission by us. Any partial or complete copy of the tutorial, any resale of the game or its parts will result in legal action. You can reproduce the game and its parts for personal use only.

The tutorial that you buy on the order page is computer content provided on an intangible support (our website), upon purchase of it and the fact that you have immediate access to all the information concerning the creation of the Hyperlaps© Initial game and you have been able to copy and save the entire tutorial, you waive your right of withdrawal and your purchase cannot be refunded.

The tutorial provided is a web support to help you create a game similar to the gameplay video presentation of the home page of the website.

The texts, images, videos, hyperlinks, files and other information of the tutorial are purely for informational purposes to help you in the creation.

You are solely responsible for creating your game, the components you use, the code you upload, the soldering you do, the materials, and any other parts of the game you choose.

Hyperlaps© can in no way be held responsible in the event of any problems arising on the creation of your game, in the event of fire following the creation of your Hyperlaps© Initial, in the event of any bodily injury following the creation (example: electrification, electrocution, burns, cuts, etc.), in the event of non-operation of your game or any component of your game purchased or not following the advice of our tutorial.

As explained in the introduction of the first part of the tutorial, you are free to change the components if you decide, Hyperlaps© Initial can be created with different components from those presented, you are the sole decision maker of the choice of components that you will decide to install in the game.

There are many external links in the tutorial, many of these links lead to components. We try to analyze as often as possible if these links redirect to the rights products but the supplier can modify the products and you can then be redirected to another version of a product which is not the same. We are in no way responsible for these updates of product sheets, we try as much as possible to verify that the links redirect to the correct products. We cannot be held responsible in the event of your purchase of a wrong product, non-compatible, etc.

The electronic circuits of the game are entirely at your disposal, you have the choice of ordering the same electronic circuits as in our version but you also have all the files necessary to modify our circuits yourself or also the possibility of creating your own electronic circuits if you choose. Hyperlaps© can in no way be held responsible for any problem occurring on an electronic circuit resulting from our version that we would have offered to order or from yours, modified or entirely created.

By ordering our already assembled electronic cards on our JLCPCB partner website, you confirm that you have analyzed and fully validated the components used in these electronic cards as well as the diagram (connections) of the electronic circuit. We cannot be held responsible in the event of non-functional PCBs.

By purchasing the tutorial, you agree that you and only you are responsible for the entire creation of your game and that the tutorial is only there to give you information in order to explain to you how the game that we present to you was created.

We inform you that the game you see in the gameplay video was created for approximately $250 taking into consideration the price at the time of its creation (2018), we are in no way responsible for price variations and we cannot be held responsible the current prices do not allow you to create the game for around 250$.

The public version of the tutorial page does not contain all the links of the components and this in order not to be able to recreate the game easily without purchasing the tutorial, by purchasing the tutorial you confirm to be aware that additional components to those displayed in the public version will be for purchase. No refund can be made if you have not read this information.

You may ask for help through the support ticket system of the website or by any other way, in the event that component links do not work for your country of delivery, We can help you find similar links for your country. All the links that we send you must be perfectly checked by you, you are fully responsible of your purchases. If a component is not perfectly identical or does not work as it should, Hyperlaps cannot be held responsible in any way. You are completely free to follow our advices or to look for a similar component yourself, the reference or characteristics of each article is displayed in the tutorial.

These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.
If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our tutorial (or any part thereof).

SECTION 11 - AFFILIATE PROGRAM

The rewards of our affiliate system are sent to your Paypal account only and at the deadlines that we decide. We will only send you the amount of rewards that we see displayed on our personal dashboard, you cannot in any way force us to send you a reward amount or attempt to change the amount of reward we owe you.

In case of suspicion of fraud on our affiliate system, we reserve the right to ban your user account from our reward system and even our entire site, we reserve the right not to send you the rewards we deem fraudulent.

Hyperlaps can in no way be held responsible for rewards not received on your Paypal account. In the event that you have made a typing error in your Paypal rewards receipt email, you are solely responsible for the fact that you will not receive the rewards.
